South View Cottage is a beautifully decorated and comfortable 2 bed roomed cottage situated in a pleasant position in the East Yorkshire hamlet of Patrington Haven, a couple of minutes' walk from a friendly pub that serves good food and offers regular entertainment. The hamlet is conveniently located for visiting both the Yorkshire coast and the many tourist attractions in and around Hull. It is just a short drive, 6 miles, to the traditional seaside resort of Withernsea. South View Cottage is ideally placed to explore the nearby City of Hull and Spurn National Nature Reserve as well as Hornsea and Bridlington a little further afield. The village of Patrington with local shops and services is just under one mile away, a pleasant walk alongside open fields or a few minutes by car. The cottage has full central heating and is equipped to a high standard for 4 people and includes the following features:

• Within easy reach of Withernsea seafront (six miles away)

The cottage interior is beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard and offers comfortable accommodation for four. Downstairs there is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms upstairs: a master bedroom with a double bed overlooking the rear garden, bedroom two with two single beds. The bathroom with bath, (shower over bath), sink and toilet is also upstairs.
Enjoy the villages, walks and landscape of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Easy access by car to a number of coastal resorts along the East Coast with the nearest beach being Withernsea beach approximately 6 miles away from the cottage.
