The cottage has a double and a twin room upstairs and downstairs is a bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for one car, and an enclosed garden over the road from the cottage. Laburnum Cottage is very well placed for enjoying Cornwall, with easy access to Bodmin Moor, Truro, Falmouth and the coast.
