There are numerous attractions and heritage sites close by including Dunrobin castle Dornoch Cathedral Glenmorangie Distillery and Castle of May or take a trip to John O Groats where a ferry can be taken to the stunning Orkney Isles. Activities around Ardgay include salmon and trout fishing mountain biking to walking hiking and horse riding. There is a picturesque golf course at Bonar Bridge as well the internationally renowned championship course at Dornoch close at hand.
