Coxes Farm Cottage is a Grade II listed thatched property on a non-working farm in the village of Clyst St Mary, near Topsham. There is a double and a twin room, and a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area and electric stove. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and, across the farmyard, an enclosed garden with lawn and trees. Coxes Farm Cottage offers access to Exeter and the beaches of South Devon.
