There is a double room, and a room which can be offered as either a king-size double or twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is a fitted kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area and gas fire. Outside, there is off road parking with additional parking by the roadside. There is also a sunny private garden with furniture and BBQ. With the coastline, Eden Project, Fowey, St Austell and much more within easy reach, Sunnyvista is a wonderful base for a family or relaxing break.
