There is a large sheltered sun deck situated to the front of the house, from where the spectacular views can truly be appreciated, and a secluded patio to the rear, with patio furniture and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. The Beach House is situated in a level location on the promenade, offering easy access to the amenities of the town and Paignton Pier and Apollo Cinema. During the evening, for a gastronomic treat, head to one of the many restaurants in the area offering local produce including fresh seafood landed daily from nearby Brixham.
