COTTAGE PERCHED ON THE LOWER SLOPES OF THE BLACK MOUNTAINS SLEEPS 4 1 Cosy enough for two or simply blissful for a family a huge amount of outdoor space to explore tyre swings on the trees sheep gently bleeting in the neighbouring fields. Located a short drive away from the mountain town of Crickhowell. The walking and cycling trails in the area are second to none there is direct access on to the mountain foot paths from the property. You can climb Crug Mawr or take a huge hike into the Brecon Beacons National Park from the door. The area also has Pony trekking centres operating from March to October and fishing or canoeing is available along the River USK. Abergavenny and Hay-on-Wye are within easy reach with local stores and food shops there is something for everyone. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with additional single day bed (suitable for a child). Bathroom: with hand-held shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner (two baskets of logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob microwave and dishwasher. Outside: large lawned area with BBQ and outdoor seating (summer months). Leading out to a field with a tyre swing. Amenities: parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: the last 150 metres of track to the cottage is bumpy and care should be taken with lower cars there is the option to park safely at the bottom of the track. Another property is set within the grounds frequently unoccupied but we cannot guarantee this. Location: pub within 20 minutes walk cross country others within a short drive. Arrival: 4pm
