Situated on the north-west fringe of the Peak District National Park Little Oak is a charming two bedroom bungalow which offers delightful village living. The pretty village of Combs has its own pub the Beehive Inn which is an ideal spot for unwinding after a day spent fishing or sailing on the nearby Combs Reservoir. For keen golfers the nearby golf course offers temporary memberships so that guests can get out on the course and make the most of their time at Little Oak. Entry to the property is via a little porch into a good size entrance-dining hall from which all the rooms can be accessed. The kitchen is located at the rear of the property and contains all the essentials that guests require during their stay. There is a separate utility room which is great for leaving muddy boots and wet coats after a day spent at the reservoir. The spacious lounge has an open fire and benefits from large windows which frame the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The good size bedrooms are situated at the front of the property and both are bright and airy from the large windows. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom consist of two single beds. Outside there are lawn gardens to the side and rear of Little Oak which enjoys the late afternoon and evening sun providing great spaces for BBQs and al fresco dining.
