Situated 1 mile from the centre of the market town of South Molton where two markets are held in the historic pannier market each week. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV DVD and woodburner. The kitchen has a cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: 2 patios 1 off the dining area catching the morning sun the other off the lounge to view the lake. The main patio area has garden table chairs BBQ and sun loungers.
