Games room: well-equipped with table tennis/darts body boards etc. The accommodation which is arranged on one floor offers TWO bedrooms: 1 four-poster double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large open-plan area with TV and DVD. Kitchen area with cooker microwave fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Utility room: tumble dryer (for which there is an extra charge) and a chest freezer are located in the external utility. Outside: suntrap patio with seating hot tub and fenced garden area with small children s playframe. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and electric heating included.
