The sandy bays of Portreath and Porthtowan are approximately 2 miles away with village shops the local pub is approximately 1 mile and a Chinese restaurant can also be found within 1 mile. This north coastal area offers excellent surfing and attractions to suit all ages including The Cornish Cider Farm Newquay Zoo and Aquarium Flambards Theme Park and a short drive to the Lizard and Lands End peninsulas. The accommodation has been thoughtfully renovated and equipped to a good standard with TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV/DVD en-suite shower room and WC 1 twin bedroom with TV/DVD en-suite shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan including woodburner lounge with leather sofas TV Freeview and DVD. Kitchen with electric cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and a dining area for four people.
