CHARACTER COTTAGE WITHIN MINUTES FROM SANDY BEACH AND TOWN This traditional terraced cottage is set within a superb position a minutes walk away from the breathtaking breakwater beach and canal. A further few minutes walk will bring you into the centre of this friendly town which offers something for everyone with its many golden beaches sea-filled swimming pool leisure centre links golf course and much more. The town is strategically placed so visitors will have every opportunity to explore the wonderful coastline surrounding the area. A few miles to the north will bring you into Devon where the village of Clovelly can be found with its steep cobbled streets. Alternatively travel down to the south which will bring you to Boscastle with its 700 high cliffs or Tintagel which is rich in legends and history. The cottage faces south and has the nickname Frying Pan Row because it gets so warm at the front of the property. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: approached by traditional cottage style stairs 2 doubles one with TV and 2 singles. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate cloakroom with WC. Lounge: cosy with open fire TV Freeview and DVD. Dining room: with gas fire TV and doors opening out to the rear courtyard. Kitchen: with electric oven gas hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed courtyard. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels (please bring your own beach towels) electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no pets and no smoking. Location: beach pub and shop all within walking distance.
