The accommodation offers SIX bedrooms: on the first floor there are 2 king-size rooms with en-suite shower rooms and WCs 1 zip and link bed (that can be made into a double or twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC 1 twin bedroom and 1 zip-and-link bed that can be made into a double or twin on request. Downstairs there is 1 further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. Bathroom: large with bath separate shower and WC. Separate WC off the kitchen/diner. Lounge: leading off the dining area is the large living space with a woodburner (first basket of logs included) large flatscreen TV Freeview DVD and patio doors lead onto the large private patio. Kitchen/diner: leading off the lounge spacious well-equipped and stylish open-plan area with Range cooker fridge freezer dishwasher microwave and many useful extras. Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large private patio area with BBQ which leads to a lawn area for your own use. Amenities: ample parking in private courtyard.
