Osprey 3 at The Cove is a luxury coastal apartment positioned above Fishcombe Cove, just a short walk around the coast from the quaint harbourside town of Brixham and just around the corner from the exclusive riverside town of Dartmouth which can be accessed with a complimentary ferry ticket for the Dartmouth Higher Ferry. This ground floor apartment is one of the largest on the complex and has been decorated with shabby chic furniture and offers spacious, open plan living with incredible uninterrupted sea views. The open plan layout of the kitchen, dining and living area makes relaxing after a day’s exploring a sociable affair, and on those warmer days, make the most of the sea air by enjoying a meal on the terrace, accessed via the living area. The living room is the perfect space to unwind, whilst still enjoying the magnificent views. Feel like spending a night in? You’ll be spoilt by the large smart TV, complete with Sky Sports in the living room and a second smart TV in the master bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare a supper for the family (fresh fish from the infamous Brixham harbour, of course), and you’ll even be able to enjoy a meal on the terrace on those warmer evenings, maybe even grilled on the property's electric barbeque. At the end of a long day, the two bedrooms, both with Vi-Sprung beds will be a welcome retreat. With access onto the terrace, the master bedroom is a real treat. Within the grounds at The Cove you can enjoy use of the swimming pool between May and September, as well as ample space for picnics. To cap it off there is also a pathway down on to the shoreline, an excellent sheltered spot for rock pooling, launching kayaks and paddle boards or even a spot of fishing off the rocks.
