A few miles away is the breathtaking North Cornish coast with many small traditional fishing villages and picturesque coves to choose from or more inland explore the ruggedness of Bodmin Moor. With its short distance to the A39 it is perfectly placed for touring Cornwall and Devon and visiting attractions such as Crealy Adventure Park Newquay Zoo or Sea Life Centre and The Eden Project. Leisure facilities: shared outdoor tennis court which is free to use during your stay. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master double with TV and 1 twin bedroom upstairs. 1 further twin bedroom downstairs. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC upstairs and a large fully tiled wetroom downstairs with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: light open-plan living area offers a comfortable lounge with flatscreen TV/DVD Freeview hi-fi and woodburner effect gas fire. The fully equipped kitchen has integral electric oven ceramic hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: patio doors open out from the lounge and access the garden with patio and BBQ. The garden is bound by a small picket fence and backs onto the picturesque River Inny.
