LIVING AREA/KITCHEN On the upper floor is an open plan living area with a fully fitted kitchen to one end of the room, equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dining bar with seating for four. The living space is comfortably furnished and has a television with Freeview recorder box and DVD player.

BEDROOM On the lower floor is a double bedroom with bed, fitted wardrobe, drawers, chair and TV with Freesat - please note the bed is slightly larger than a standard double (1.4m) and will therefore require a King-size bottom sheet and King-size duvet cover.

N.B.
