A 25' long balcony running the length of the apartment offers glimpses of the estuary and is the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The apartment has the benefit of private parking for two cars including one in the covered bays.

The lounge centrepiece is a modern steel and beech fireplace with coal-effect gas fire. Two comfortable double sofas, flat screen TV with Sky, DVD, hi-fi and dining table with chairs. Double French doors open out to 25' balcony running the length of the apartment with a lovely view over the town towards Batson Creek.

Large bedroom with king-size double bed with tempor memory foam mattress, built-in wardrobes, flat screen TV and en suite shower room with under floor heating, power shower, wash-hand basin, w.c, shaver point, light and heated towel rail - French doors leading to balcony.
