ACCOMMODATION A delightful top floor apartment, tastefully furnished and presented to a high standard throughout.  The accommodation is all on one level and accessed directly from the private parking area to the rear of the development.

ENTRANCE A secure outer door leads into an inner lobby area and a further private entrance to the apartment

KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM The open-plan living space is cleverly arranged and furnished to ensure the spectacular views can be enjoyed at all times.  The kitchen is well equipped with a range of fitted units, slate worktops, four-ring electric hob, electric oven, integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.  The sitting area has three comfy cream sofas, coffee table, wall-mounted TV and DVD player.  An oak dining table - positioned to take in the views and in front of the sliding French doors - seats six comfortably. 

EN SUITE BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a King-size bed, matching bedside units and drawers, fitted wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin and w.c.  The second bedroom has two single beds, matching bedside units and drawers, fitted wardrobe, and en suite shower room with shower, wash-hand basin, bidet and w.c.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied.  A travel cot and high chair are available by arrangement.

OUTSIDE South facing private balcony (accessed from the living accommodation) with table and chairs to take in the superb sea views. 

PARKING Allocated parking for 2 cars in a private, secure car park.

LEISURE CLUB MEMBERSHIP All guests receive free membership to the newly refurbished Burgh Island Causeway Leisure Club.  Facilities include indoor kidney-shaped swimming pool, spa pool, well equipped gymnasium (treadmill, steps, cycles, rower etc) and sauna. The bar provides drinks and light meals throughout the day either in the club or the apartment - in addition here is a comfortable lounge area and an outside terrace facing the sea.

OTHER INFORMATION Free wireless broadband internet available.  Electric heating throughout including underfloor in both en suites - instant hot water via immersion.  Attractive wooden flooring in living areas with carpet in bedrooms and tiles in the bath/shower rooms.  Strictly no smokers or pets permitted.  Please note that there is no mobile signal at Burgh Island Causeway or in most of the village.  There is, however, a land-line telephone box in the adjacent car park if required.
