Built in 1819, this famous Grade II listed building has variously been a paper mill, a bakery, an outstanding brewery and, most recently, The Dartmouth Pottery. SITTING/DINING ROOM The spacious living accommodation with solid oak flooring is located on the ground floor. The room has been tastefully decorated and stylishly furnished to include two sofas seating five comfortably and a rocking chair - there is a large flatscreen TV with Freesat, DVD player and iPod dock/radio. The dining area has table with seating for six and doors leading to the outside area.

KITCHEN The designer kitchen is very well equipped with granite work surfaces and glass splashbacks - integrated SMEG appliances include a five-ring halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

UTILITY/CLOAKROOM Off the sitting room is a utility area with washer/dryer - this in turn leads into a cloakroom with w.c. and basin.
