The cottage adjoins the owner's farmhouse in the small hamlet of Ashford, nestling in a beautiful wooded valley close to the River Avon, and just a short drive to sandy beaches at Bantham and Bigbury. The comfortable and well presented accommodation coupled with a large cottage garden and sunny terrace could be considered the perfect combination for a family holiday.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with a two oven Aga, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and tumble dryer. Back door leads to a pretty cobbled courtyard and garden beyond.

BEDROOMS Three in total. Master double bedroom (ground floor) with en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, w.c. and basin. Upstairs to 2 further twin bedded rooms, both with hand basins. N.B Duvets,pillows and linen provided, Tenant will require their own towels.
