A modern and tastefully refurbished property with all living accommodation on one level and wonderful views from the balcony over and across the town to the surrounding countryside on one side and the River Dart to the other. Situated in a quiet, residential road at the top of Dartmouth, Fairview is approximately 10-15 minutes downhill walk (or short bus ride) to the main town centre with its interesting shops, restaurants and galleries. Off road parking for up to two cars.

 LOCATION Quiet residential road (off 'Churchfields') at the top of Dartmouth approximately 15-20 minutes downhill walk to the main town centre with its interesting shops, restaurants and galleries. A bus service runs into the main town regularly.

VIEWS From the balcony there are wonderful views over and across the town to the surrounding countryside on one side and the River Dart to the other.

ENTRANCE Front door leads onto hallway containing airing cupboard and boiler. Doors lead off hallway to all other rooms.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A well equipped kitchen with a range of modern units, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining table with four chairs.

SITTING ROOM A lovely and well-appointed sitting room with oak flooring throughout. Two leather sofas, feature fireplace with wood burning stove (not in use), flatscreen television and DVD player and large double glazed patio doors out to a superb balcony, opening up the living area.

BEDROOMS Two. Master room comprises pine double bed, matching pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Second bedroom has two pine single beds along with wardrobe, chest and bedside cabinet. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.

BATHROOMS Two. Tiled bathroom with bath, w.c. and wash-hand basin. Large shower room with shower cubicle, w.c. and wash-hand basin

OUTSIDE Superb balcony at the front of the property - with table and four chairs - to take in the wonderful views over Dartmouth. To the rear is a lovely garden with lawned area, mature shrubs, potted plants and rotary dryer.

PARKING Good-sized drive suitable for two cars.

OTHER INFORMATION Fairview has gas central heating and hot water. Smokers and pets are not permitted.
