LOUNGE with large bay window. A light relaxing room with two seating areas. In the main lounge area there are two three-seater sofas, woodburning stove, flatscreen TV and DVD. At the back of the lounge is a second seating area for quieter moments with four tub chairs.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Elegant kitchen with modern units, oak worktops, large range style cooker with double electric ovens and 6 burner gas hob, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and microwave oven. Central preparation area/breakfast bar with two stools. Extending out from the kitchen is a light and airy conservatory style dining area with a dining table and eight chairs, ideal for family meals, and a CD player. Wooden spiral staircase leads to second floor to an attic bedroom with King-size wooden bed (low based), shelving and hanging space and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, linen and pillows provided - tenants need to bring towels and tea towels.

BATHROOMS Three. In addition to the master en suite there is also a wet room on the first floor with shower, hand basin and w.c. On the second floor is a small bathroom with bath, hand held shower attachment, w.c. and hand basin.
