ACCOMMODATION A superb three storey semi-detached town house.

KITCHEN/DINING ROOM Large open plan ground floor kitchen/dining area with superb New England 'shaker' style cherry kitchen with granite worktop, AEG gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. Dining table and chairs and French doors out to garden and terrace.

LOUNGE On the first floor with modern steel and marble fireplace with coal-effect gas fire as the centrepiece. Comfortable sofa, chairs, TV, DVD, and CD hifi and double French doors open out to balcony with a lovely view over the town towards Batson Creek.

BEDROOMS Four in total. Master bedroom (3rd floor) with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom with Bette steel bath, power shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. shaver-point, light and heated towel rail. Second bedroom on ground floor with built in wardrobes, single bed with stacked bed beneath; double room on 1st floor with king-size bed and built in wardrobe (this is a zip and link bed which can make 2 single beds if required), and further single room built into the eaves (next to master bedroom) with 3' bed. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels.

BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot, highchair and children's crockery and cutlery

SHOWER ROOM In addition to the en suite bathroom a separate shower room with shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, shaver-point and light, heated towel rail and under floor heating.

CLOAKROOM On ground floor with w.c and wash-hand basin.

OUTSIDE Pleasant rear garden and terrace with table and chairs, and a charcoal barbecue.

PARKING Parking for two cars (please note that boats and/or trailers are not permitted)
