Set in a mainly residential area at the top of the town, within 10-15 minutes downhill walk into the town centre with its quayside, shops and restaurants.  There is off-road parking for two cars at the front of the property.

LOCATION Set in a mainly residential area at the top of the town. Within a 15/20 minute walk of the famed Winking Prawn restaurant and the beaches of North and South Sands. South Sands beach has its own water sports centre. A 10/15 minutes downhill walk into the town centre with its quayside, shops and restaurants.

VIEWS Lovely rural views towards Kingsbridge from the decking area at the rear of the property.

ENTRANCE Through the front door, into the hallway that has access to all rooms.

SITTING ROOM Comfortable room with three seater sofa and relaxing chairs. Large television with DVD player. Doors open into the large conservatory.

DINING AREA/CONSERVATORY Dining area within the conservatory with large table and six chairs. Three seater sofa is located to the other side of the conservatory. Large patio doors open out onto the raised decking area.

KITCHEN Good sized modern kitchen with appliances that include electric oven and grill, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and washing machine. Plenty of cupboards for storage. Doorway through to the conservatory.

BEDROOMS Three in total. Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp. Second twin bedded room with 3' single beds, wardrobe and bedside table and lamp. Third bedroom with 3' bunk beds and built-in-wardrobe.
