LOCATION Towards the lower end of Devon Road within easy access of Courtenay Park, Salcombe town centre and its famous waterfront.

ENTRANCE A flight of steps lead up from the parking area to the ground floor entrance. Hallway with access to two bedrooms, bathroom and utility room. Stairs lead up to the first floor living area.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM At first floor level is a light and airy open plan room with two large comfortable sofas, beanbags, dining table and chairs seating 10, flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD, CD/MP3 player, and sliding patio windows to small balcony with estuary glimpses.
KITCHEN Contemporary kitchen with fitted units, granite worktops, electric oven and 4-ring halogen hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS Four in total. On the ground floor is a double room with King-size bed, built-in wardrobe, New England style chest of drawers, bedside units and sliding patio doors to full length balcony. Also at this level is a twin room with two single beds, built-in wardrobe with chest of drawers. Patio doors lead to balcony. On the second floor are two further bedrooms. The master has a New England style King-size bed, and furniture comprising bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe and drawers, and door opening to Juliet balcony with glimpses of the estuary and Batson Creek. Finally a second twin room with two single beds and chest of drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require towels and tea towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot and high chair are provided.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS On the ground floor is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and shaver point. On the second floor (adjacent to master bedroom) is a shower room with shower cubicle, w.c. and wash-hand basin. *Further shower cubicle with rose shower head, w.c and wash-hand basin in utility room.
UTILITY ROOM On the ground floor level with washing machine and tumble dryer (*plus shower etc. as described above).
OUTSIDE Balcony area accessed from ground floor bedrooms, with patio table and four chairs.
PARKING There is off road parking for up to 4 cars.
