A tastefully presented maisonette with the living accommodation arranged on two levels above a secure garage. The property has been fully refurbished in recent years to a very good standard, to provide comfortable accommodation for six people in a central yet quiet location in the heart of Dartmouth, within easy reach of the town's waterfront. There is a small terrace for outside dining.

LOCATION The property is located in the centre of Dartmouth in quiet Lake Street (just off Victoria Road). The town's famous waterfront can be easily reached in just a few minutes for boat trips, crabbing or simply to watch the world go by.

ENTRANCE Direct access from Lake Street via a flight of stairs into a hallway/landing and the open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. At ground floor level there is a door into the garage.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A well presented room with pine flooring, sofa, two easy chairs, window seat, 32" TV with DVD/video and dining table with eight chairs. The modern kitchen has a range of units and storage, four ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Stairs lead up to the second floor from the dining area.

BEDROOMS On the second floor are three fully carpeted bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside units, drawers and hanging space. The second bedroom has twin single beds, bedside unit and wardrobe. The third bedroom has built in bunk beds (suitable for children only) and bedside unit. N.B. All duvets, pillows and linen are provided - tenants will require towels, tea towels and bath mat.

BATHROOMS On the second floor is a fully-tiled modern bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and w.c. Adjacent to the bathroom is a small shower room with fully-tiled shower cubicle, wash basin and w.c. 

OUTSIDE Small terrace to the rear with table and chairs.

PARKING Secure garage parking for one small car (garage dimensions 6'9" width x 6'2" height approximately)


BABY-FRIENDLY FACILITIES Baby-friendly facilities : A cot, highchair and stair gate.

OTHER INFORMATION The property has gas fired central heating and hot water. One small well behaved pet allowed, strictly non smoking.
