Covered designated parkingfor one car only per apartment is available at Crabshell Quay, with on street parking usually available nearby. The Quay public car park is approximately 5 minutes walk away.

Apartment 11 (First & Second Floors)

This first and second floor duplex apartment has delightful, elevated views and high vaulted ceilings giving a feeling of space and comfort throughout. The accommodation is well equipped and presented, and includes an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with French doors out to a good sized balcony, a delightful suntrap from which to watch the wildlife and ever changing tidal estuary. A waterside path leads to nearby Kingsbridge town centre whilst the superb beaches at Start Bay, Thurlestone, Hope Cove and Salcombe are just a short drive away.

BEDROOMS Three in total. Large master bedroom (second floor) with superb estuary views, Super king-size bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom two (also on second floor) is also very large with two single beds and wardrobe. Bedroom three (first floor) with King-size bed. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels - except those for the beach - are provided.

BATHROOMS One on each floor. The first floor bathroom has a bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. The larger second floor bathroom has a bath, large double shower cubicle, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

PARKING Covered designated parking is strictly for one car only (no trailers permitted). On street parking is available within 100 yards away (subject to use). Alternatively you can use the Quay public car park which is a 5 minute walk away.
