LOCATION Within a development in Mayors Avenue less than 50 yards level walk from the Embankment and the River Dart. Dartmouth's specialist shops, art galleries, pubs and restaurants are within an easy walk, as are the beautiful Royal Avenue Gardens.

LIVING/DINING AREA A well appointed and very comfortable space including French windows that overlook a quiet side street. There are two comfortable sofas in the living area where a TV, video and CD player are also situated. The dining area occupies one end of this room and comprises modern dining table and chairs.

KITCHEN A very modern and well equipped kitchen which is open plan/adjacent to the living area. It comprises of an electric oven and gas hob with extractor over, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

BEDROOMS Two. Spacious master bedroom with King size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room leads onto an En suite bathroom with shower cubicle, w.c. and wash basin. The second bedroom has twin single beds with bedside tables and lamps and a fitted wardrobe. N.B. Linen and towels are provided.

BATHROOM Comprises bath with mixer tap, w.c. and wash hand basin.

PARKING A secure underground car parking space is available with this property.
