This very well presented two storey town house is tastefully furnished and equipped throughout. The living accommodation is all on the lower level with one flight of stairs up to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. A private terrace to the front has a table and chairs, and offers quick access down to the beach via a nearby path. The property has two lovely bedrooms (including one with King-size bed and en suite shower room) with a third single room available at extra cost.

ENTRANCE A private front entrance leads into a hallway off which is a CLOAKROOM with w.c., vanity unit and heated towel rail.  There is also a cupboard for coats and shoes.

SITTING/DINING ROOM A very attractive open plan room with double French doors leading out to the terrace. The sitting area has two leather sofas, coffee table, widescreen, wall-mounted TV with Freeview, DVD player and Roberts CD/digital radio. The dining area has a glass and oak table with six chairs. 

KITCHEN At the front of the house (adjacent to the dining area) is a very well equipped kitchen with lovely oak fitted units and a range of Neff appliances including 5-ring halogen hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

BEDROOMS Two*. Master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside units, fitted double wardrobes, chair and fully tiled en suite shower room (with large shower cubicle, w.c., vanity unit with basin, shaver point and light, and heated towel rail). The second room has two single beds, bedside unit and a view over South Sands beach from the window. N.B. All duvets, pillows, linen and towels (except those for the beach) are provided.*In addition to the two advertised bedrooms is a smaller single room on the 1st floor available on request only at a cost of £100.00 per week.

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is an elegant, fully tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over), vanity unit with basin, w.c., heated towel rail, shaver point and light.

OUTSIDE Good-sized paved terrace to the rear of the house with table, four chairs and parasol.

PARKING Allocated parking for one small/medium sized car. Please note that the main allocated car park has a 1.9m height restriction.  Limited visitor spaces also available (without height restriction).

OTHER INFORMATION The house has electric heating throughout with an immersion system providing instant hot water. Karndean flooring on the ground floor with carpet on stairs and in bedrooms.  Strictly no smokers or pets.
