The popular Armada House development (formerly the Lobster Pot Inn) is set in a waterside position only a few yards from the beach and within walking distance of the village shop, pub and restaurants. To either side of the village are spectacular cliff walks along the picturesque South West Coast Path.
Apartment 3 (Ground & First Floor)
A delightful apartment with spacious holiday accommodation arranged over two floors, with wonderful sea views. The apartment is ideally suited to couples or a young family and has been stylishly furnished and equipped to a high standard including a good selection of baby friendly equipment. It is situated just a few yards from the sandy beach, the village shop and the South West Coast Path.

VIEWS Sea views from all of the bedrooms and from the lounge area towards Burgh Island and Bigbury Bay on one side and Bolt Tail on the other.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Open plan area with polished wood flooring. Kitchen area well lit by Velux rooflight and fitted with a modern range of wall, base and drawer units. Appliances include electric four ring hob with extractor above, double oven and grill, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The sitting and dining area feature two South West facing windows, dining table and six chairs, two sofas, coffee table, flatscreen television with DVD player and iPod dock.
BEDROOMS Three in total. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest-of-drawers. Bedroom two has two 3' single beds, bedside units and wardrobe. Bedroom three has 3' stacker beds. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided. Tenants will require towels and tea towels.
BATHROOM Family bathroom located on the first floor with tiled walls and floors. Bath with shower over, wash hand-basin and w.c.
PARKING Unloading is permitted in a bay to the rear of the property. Parking is available in the village car park at an additional cost, currently £3/day.
BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT The owners now supply the following equipment: Travel cot, wooden highchair, baby monitor, moveable stair-gate, baby bouncer, selection of books and toys, baby sling, baby bath, changing mat, potty chair, window locks, electrical socket guards, kitchen cupboard locks, steriliser, bottle warmer, plastic crockery, cutlery and beakers, plastic food tubs, and food processor.
