LOCATION On the outskirts of Malborough village with its post office, garage/shop, a well equipped children's playground and two pubs serving food and is just a short five minute drive from the picturesque sailing town of Salcombe with its beaches, waterfront, shops and restaurants. There is also a cycle path with lovely estuary views from Malborough to Salcombe. The pretty villages of Hope Cove and Thurlestone with fabulous beaches and access to miles of coastal path are close by, whilst Bantham beach, popular with surfers from far and wide is just a 10 minute drive away.
