Parlour cottage is located on a unique and historic site. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside which is depicted in many of the works by Sir Stanley Spencer.
This new cottage offers single storey accommodation consisting of three en-suite bedrooms, a stunning lounge/dining area known as 'The Long Room' with oak floor and original beams.
Patio doors opening onto a spacious enclosed lawn to the rear, with beautiful views of the Cotswold Escarpment - the grazing cows in the Orchard compliment the scene perfectly. Big enough for any game of cricket or football!
To the front of the cottage is a large patio area overlooking the ancient Tythe Barn.
Bespoke kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave and utility with washer&dryer.
Sleeping accommodation consists of one twin, one king size double, and one super king size which can convert into two 3ft singles.
Bed settee also provided for an extra 2 guests.
Luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are provided throughout
Rent is inclusive of electricity and heating costs
Local pick up can be arranged from Stroud, Stonehouse or Cam/Dursley railway or bus terminals.
