The quieter seaside resorts of Southwold and Aldeburgh can be reached within an hour or the famous Broads for day boat hire are within easy reach. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: upstairs 1 double with en-suite WC and 1 further double and downstairs 1 Zip and Link bed which can be presented as a twin or as a King size bed on request. Kitchen: with washer/dryer fridge/freezer range oven and microwave. Outside: garden with two ponds and patio with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking.
