Coombe Farm is a luxury barn conversion in a peaceful rural setting with stunning countryside views. Coombe Farm is located 1.5 miles from the town of Modbury which has a good range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Coombe Farm is also four miles from the southern edge of the rugged and picturesque Dartmoor National Park with beautiful wooded valleys, tumbling rivers and famous granite tors. Dartmoor is an ideal place for walking, riding or fishing. The city of Plymouth is a 30 minute drive. The city is home to the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth Life Centre and Plymouth Hoe, which offer amazing walks and stunning views.
