Accommodation:

One step to front door. Kitchen/diner with electric hob, built-under oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, radio/CD player and dining table to seat two. Stairs up to first floor. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed and built-in wardrobe. Small shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin. Stairs up to living room with two armchairs, sofa (extends to double sofa bed), electric woodburner effect fire, flat screen TV and DVD player.

Outside: Private, enclosed decking area off the lounge with table and two chairs.

Parking: No designated space, but unloading is possible outside (access lane very narrow in places). Parking available in the public car park at the top of the village (charges apply) or Toad Hall Cottages offer three parking spaces in the village on a first come, first serve basis.

Please note: The property is located part way up a steep hill, so this property may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.
