Accommodation:

From the street, steps to the main front entrance and double doors into the vestibule. Stairs to the first floor landing and front door into the apartment. Central hall, with entry phone. Large living and dining room with a three and a two seater sofa, TV/DVD player, two Regency style armchairs and fabulous views across the River Dart. The dining area has a circular wooden table, four chairs and a food and plate warmer. Kitchen with worktop and cupboards, Belling electric cooker, fridge, freezer, small Bosch dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Door out from the kitchen to the rear and easy access to the car park below. Main bedroom has 3ft twin beds that can be pushed together to make up a double, built in wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers. Second twin bedroom with window to the front embankment, 3ft twin beds and built in wardrobe. Bathroom with rose pink bath, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
