No 3 Fox’s Yard is situated in the heart of Penryn in an area of attractively converted waterfront warehouses alongside a tidal inlet of the Penryn River. The river opens into the wide reaches of the Carrick Roads and Falmouth Bay, with the popular harbour town of Falmouth only a short drive away. No 3 is a smart and comfortable terraced property in a tranquil picturesque waterside setting. It provides a delightful base from which to explore Cornwall and sample delightful Cornish fare. Nearby are the beautiful Fal, Truro and Helford Rivers and superb sandy beaches are only a short distance away as are many woodland, coastal and riverside walks. Penryn railway station is about half a mile away (taxi can be arranged) and there are frequent bus services to Falmouth and Truro from stops about 2 minutes walk away. You will even be welcomed by wine and Cornish fudge on arrival.

Accommodation:

Attractive living room with laminate wood flooring, sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV with Sky (except movies and sport), Sky Plus box, CD player, Blu Ray DVD player, dining table to seat four (can be extended) and double French doors that open to the deck area alongside the river. Well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, integral fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Stairs up to bedrooms. Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed, fitted cupboards, vanity unit and French door with Juliette balcony and views across the river. Second small double bedroom with superior 4ft 6in double bed, which can fold up into a smart cupboard (please note when the bed is down, there is very limited space). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Please note: This property either sleeps 4 or 2 + a cot.

Outside:

Courtyard at the front of the property with parking. From the living room, three wooden steps lead to a rear decked area (roped off along water's edge) with picnic rucksack, teak table and chairs and parasol.

Parking: There is a private cobbled area in front of No. 3 with parking for 1 large or 2 small cars.
