3 Riverview, on the water’s edge in Stoke Gabriel, South Devon really lives up to its name with stunning vistas from most rooms looking down the beautiful Dartmouth estuary. A fantastic venue for a family holiday or couples looking for somewhere special, this tastefully converted former fisherman’s cottage provides a welcoming and comfortable retreat. Step out of the front door and there’s plenty to do, be it crabbing on the quayside with the kids, kayaking, riverside and forest walks, exploring the estuary in your own boat or visiting Bohemian Totnes and bustling Dartmouth. Back in the bright and sunny cottage the open plan living room with modern kitchen makes relaxing easy, complimented by three comfortable bedrooms with the master bedroom having a delightful view balcony overlooking the water. There are some great local walks, pubs, a waterside cafe, bistro and shop and the location of this pretty medieval village allows easy access for exploring the beaches and coastline of Devon or nearby Dartmoor.

Master bedroom with superb views, 4ft 6inch bed and patio doors leading to balcony. En suite bathroom with stand alone bath, twin hand basins and WC. Double bedroom. Family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Second floor bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds.
Outside: Small front terrace with garden table and chairs. Bench seating in front of cottage.
Parking: Parking permit for nearby car park.
