Minutes from the sea, yet tucked away in the countryside of Galmpton, near Hope Cove, a perfect getaway for two. 4 The Byres is a cosy semi detached barn conversion, finished in a delightful cottage style , one of six (the remainder of which are residential), in an attractive courtyard setting, with south facing views of coast and country. Located in the popular beachside village of Galmpton just a short walk from superb sandy beaches of Hope Cove, a great family inn, restaurants, cream teas, a sweet and souvenir shop and the village post office stores.
Everything is on the doorstep including the South West coastal path, which meanders around the cliff tops in both directions to other beaches and villages. Devon heaven for some and all to be enjoyed from this most attractive cottage, that is set within private lawned gardens with sea views. There are plenty of scenic walks, both country and coastal, interesting towns and pretty villages to explore and the beautiful Dartmoor National Park is within easy distance.
Accommodation:
Two steps up to the glazed front door. This opens straight into the open plan ground floor with lounge area and newly fitted, well equipped kitchen with pine units, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 4 ring electric cooker, washing machine and door to rear patio. The lounge area provides comfortable seating with flat screen TV and freeview. Door leads off to the shower room with power shower cubicle, basin, WC and heated towel rail. Stairs lead up from kitchen area to the double bedroom, with 4ft 6in bed, small fitted wardrobe and chests and views to the sea. Regret no children.

Small private patio with garden table and chairs and rotary clothes line.
Parking: For one car on gravelled parking area.
