The property itself is luxuriously appointed in a crisp, contemporary style with four bedrooms including two double bedrooms with private balconies, four bathrooms and a large living area with patio doors that open onto the lower sun deck. Here the superb location can be fully appreciated, especially when the Trifold doors are opened bringing the sights and sounds of the sea into the room and each balcony provides a superb spot for relaxing in the sun, al fresco dining or watching the sun sink slowly into the sea. A nearby path leads to the beach below, but the house is also a short walk from the golden sands of Bigbury on Sea, which at low tide connect to Burgh Island and the popular Pilchard Inn. This whole area is a haven for lovers of water sports, with plenty of surfing, windsurfing, body boarding, kite surfing and kayaking in evidence.
