Baytree Cottage is an 18th century stone and slate cottage in the centre of the delightful village of Holbeton. Holbeton is a beautiful, unspoilt and picturesque village and home to two great village pubs. The South West coastal footpath is about a mile and a half from the property and there is a wonderful unspoilt sandy beach at Mothecombe. With more fine beaches and golf courses locally at Thurlestone, Bigbury, Bantham and Burgh Island, this attractive cottage, which is full of character and a very comfortable recently refurbished family base, is ideal for exploring the South Hams.

Accommodation:

Entrance porch into delightful beamed living room with wood burner, comfortable seating and flat screen TV with DVD . Step up to large fitted kitchen/diner with dining table to seat 6, electric cooker, dishwasher, combined washer drier, microwave and fridge with ice box. Fairly steep stairs up to two double bedrooms with 4ft 6in beds and a twin room with 2ft 6in beds and TV for videos only. Newly refurbished bathroom with bath, pump driven power shower over, basin and WC.

Outside:

An enclosed lawned garden with picnic table with lovely countryside views. Outdoor shower at the rear of the cottage for use in the summer.

Parking: Off road at the rear of the property.
