Spacious, modern and tastefully decorated, this property is a perfect base from which to explore the vibrant seaside town of Looe, the nearby historic fishing village of Polperro as well as the stunning North and South coasts of Cornwall. Although close to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and the sandy beach Looe has to offer, Char Mar is perched on a hill so you can still escape from the hustle and bustle of the town and relax in this quiet haven at the end of a long day exploring.

Steps up to front entrance. Living room with two large leather sofas, flat screen TV with Freesat, Blu-ray DVD player, CD player, surround sound system and a selection of DVDs. Dining room with dining table to seat six (two extra chairs provided) and CD player. Modern ‘L’-shaped kitchen with granite tiled floors, induction hob, built-under oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and access to small courtyard. Stairs up to first floor. Single bedroom with 3ft single bed and en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, hand basin and WC). Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed (low height) and harbour views. Bunk bedroom with child 2ft 6in bunks and more beautiful views. Family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, hand basin and WC. Stairs up to attic double bedroom with panoramic windows and views, 4ft 6in double bed, futon sofa, flat screen TV with Freesat. Blu-ray DVD player, shower cubicle and hand basin.

Please note: The road to access the property is narrow (6ft width restriction), so caution is advised. Due to the size of the bunk beds, this property is only suitable for a maximum of 5 adults.

Outside: Small enclosed courtyard accessed from the kitchen.
