Ideal as a summer or winter destination, this property has a contemporary feel with its natural stone fireplace, slate tiles with under floor heating, tasteful furnishings and soft décor. At the back of the property, an attractive new conservatory opens out to look over the River Pol and the cottage is only a few yards from the many inns, restaurants and interesting shops scattered through this quintessential Cornish fishing village.

Open plan living room with slate quarry tiles, natural stone fireplace, two sofas, easy chair, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD and dining area to seat six. Kitchen with electric cooker, large fridge/freezer and microwave. Conservatory ‘river room’ with sofa, armchairs and full width windows opening onto the river Pol. Off the conservatory is a wet room with shower, hand basin and WC. Stairs up to the first floor. Small single bedroom with 3ft single bed. Adjacent family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and enclosed stairwell with door leads up to the twin bedroom set in the eaves, with two 3ft single beds and TV with Freeview and DVD.
