Ivy's Retreat is an ideal hideaway venue or romantic break location for couples who love walking, being located in the pretty hamlet of Ringmore, close to the South Devon coast. Tastefully presented, comfortable and well equipped it has beamed ceilings, feature rough stone walls, a modern kitchen and contemporary shower room. Ringmore has a lively pub and is close to the stunning South West Coast path, so bring your hiking boots and the dog and enjoy some wonderful coastal walks. Challoborough beach is just down the road and a path leads on to the popular for water sports beach at Bigbury and Burgh Island. The secluded Ayrmer Cove is a ten minute walk from the cottage along National Trust paths and the location of this delightful retreat allows easy access to the many attractions of the beautiful South Hams.

Hallway leading to fully carpeted living room with sofa, Freeview TV and DVD. Dining area with seating for 2. Modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven/grill under, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. At other end of living room sleeping area with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Shower room with 2 steps up to walk in shower, hand basin and heated towel rail. Separate WC.

Outside

Small private patio space furnished with garden table, chairs and barbecue.

Parking for one car in allocated space.

• Local facilities: Beaches: Several sandy beaches within walking or driving distance. Well stocked Shop and Post Office 5 minutes' drive. Pub in village. Also in neighbouring villages of Kingston and Bigbury. Golf course 10 minutes drive. Modbury 5 miles and Kingsbridge 9 miles.
