Situated only yards from the harbour, Mermaid Cottage is a delightful whitewashed fisherman's cottage located in the very centre of this popular fishing village. Providing comfortable and convenient accommodation, this cottage is superb for a family or a couple who want to be in the thick of things and within easy reach of the shops, pubs and restaurants in the village. The accommodation is arranged on three floors and is only a few steps from the picturesque harbour and Polperro beach. Beamed ceilings add to the feeling of a bygone era and the cosy lounge provides an ideal place for the family to relax in the evening after an exhausting day sampling the many attractions that are accessible in and around this lovely area.

Accommodation:

Kitchen/diner with ceramic hob, built-under electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dining table to seat four and window seat. Stairs lead up to the first floor. Cosy lounge with natural stone fireplace and a coal effect electric fire, large sofa, armchair, flat screen TV, DVD, mini HiFi with iPod docking station and window seat with views to the quayside. Shower room with shower cubicle, countertop hand basin, WC, shaver point and heated towel rail. Stairs up to second floor.. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and fitted wardrboes. Compact bunk bedroom, cleverly designed to use the space available with two 3ft single bunk beds arranged in an L shape, with a small hanging cupboard beneath.

Parking:

In the main car park (charges apply) or THC have two parking spaces available to rent on a first come first serve basis - please enquire at the time of booking. Unloading possible outside the cottage.
