This delightful cottage has been totally refurbished and nestles amongst a terrace of fishermen’s cottages just a short level walk from the picturesque Polperro harbour. It has a good sized lounge with real fire and exposed beams, two spacious bedrooms and a sunny roof terrace which provides a great place to relax and has some lovely views overlooking the village. Morvena also welcomes dogs and has an allocated parking space. A few steps from the door and you are in the thick of things, with plenty of traditional pubs, restaurants and interesting shops to keep you entertained. The South West Coastal Path is easily accessible and treats the visitor to some breathtaking seascapes and kids can enjoy the small sandy beach just the other side of the harbour wall.

Lounge/diner with ceramic floor tiles, exposed beams, open fire, leather sofa, swivel armchair and bean bag, 32" flat screen TV with DVD and folding dining table and chairs. Open tread stairs to first floor. Well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and condenser dryer. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, TV/DVD and fitted wardrobe. Stairs to second floor. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, TV/DVD, additional 3ft single bed and fitted wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, electric shower over and hand basin. Separate WC.

Outside: Spacious roof terrace equipped with garden table and chairs, accessed via wooden steps from top landing and rear door.

Parking: Designated space approx 75 yards from cottage.

Please Note: Stairs to roof garden are steep and access door is narrow. The elderly and infirm may find it difficult.
