Quay Way, a first floor apartment, is a deceptively peaceful haven nestled in the bustling seaside town of Looe, Cornwall. Access is via a door from the winding streets of East Looe and the property is set back above a quiet lane. With excellent access to local shops, inns, restaurants and the added bonus of being just a few minutes walk from the sandy beach, Quay Way Apartment has the best of both worlds! This would make a perfect getaway break for couples and can be booked in conjunction with Dorrill Cottage next door, making this a good choice for families with teenagers or grandparents who may prefer their own space.

Stairs leading to first floor. Living/dining room with feature stone wall, leather sofa, armchair, flat screen TV with built-in DVD and drop leaf table to seat three. Kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in electric oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer (in cupboard).  Stairs up to second floor. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double and fitted wardrobes. Shower room with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Parking: Two public long stay car parks available (charges apply).
