About a mile from both the tiny picture postcard fishing village of Portloe and the pretty village of Veryan with its famous Round Houses, it is well located to access all of the Roseland's popular destinations. This small, but perfectly formed Cornish holiday cottage has been extended to include a fitted kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. A cosy and comfortable bolt-hole, Trethenal will appeal to couples looking for a special treat in a peaceful location, surrounded by countryside, beautiful walks, easy access to the sea and spectacular coastal paths. Compact fitted kitchen with underfloor heating, ceramic hob, built-under electric oven, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with underfloor heating, bath, shower over, pedestal basin and WC. Stairs up to pretty double bedroom with 5ft king size bed and views over the fields to the sea.
Outside: Large, enclosed front lawn (adjacent to open fields and divided by post and rail fencing) with south facing paved patio and garden furniture.
Parking: Plenty of parking space inside gated lawn area, adjacent to the cottage.
