Set in a peaceful Wolds village 6 miles from the market town of Louth, an interesting market town with many food specialists and independent shops, and just 20 minutes drive from the unspoilt sandy beach at Sandilands (a beach hut may be rented at small extra cost). There is excellent local walking and many quiet rural lanes for cycling. Medieval Lincoln, Doddington Hall, Horncastle with its many antique shops, Skegness and Gunby Hall and Gardens (NT) are within easy reach. Horse riding and golf locally. Shop and pub 1 mile.
