Everything that this quintessential village has to offer is on your doorstep; alternatively, take a short drive to the popular seaside town of Looe or venture along the beautiful coastline of North and South Cornwall, all of which will provide hours of entertainment. Then when the family is ready to rest their feet, a warm, homely and well-equipped property will be awaiting.

Accommodation:

Steps to front entrance. Living/dining room with two sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, woodburner effect electric fire and dining table to seat six. Kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine, DAB radio and access to rear courtyard. Stairs up to first floor. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed. Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, built-in wardrobe and enclosed stairwell with door up to the twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and a window seat.

Outside: Rear private, enclosed courtyard with bench.

Parking: No designated space, but unloading is possible outside. Parking available in the public car park at the top of the village (charges apply) or Toad Hall Cottages offer three parking spaces in the village on a first come, first serve basis.
